Heavy Whipping Cream
Pumpkin Puree
Vanilla Extract

Instructions

So first of all cold brew has to be made.  You can simply use a cold brew pitcher or a large mason jar with a lid. Generally I like to use coarsely ground coffee so I never put coffee grounds in the bottom of the pitcher.

Next, you will make one cup brown sugar cinnamon syrup in a small bowl that will last in the microwave. To make this syrup, you’ll add the hot water, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. You will then stir together, then pour it all back into its original container to settle.

In a small bowl or in a measuring cup, add the milk, heavy cream, brown sugar, pumpkin purée and vanilla. Using a milk frother, whisk the ingredients together until they form a stiff foam.

To put together your drink add one large cup or jar of ice.

Then pour the brown sugar cinnamon syrup onto that.

Pour the cold brew coffee over that and then top with the pumpkin cream cold foam. Add a glass straw or stainless straw and enjoy.
